This course will survey currently active debates in the philosophy of cognitive science, a highly active and interdisciplinary area of research, covering all aspects of mental life, including perception, language, rationality, sociality and artificial intelligence.

Each week we will read one chapter of the Oxford Handbook of Philosophy of Cognitive Science (2012), covering roughly half of the material by the end of the course.

Classes will be discussion based, and conducted in English.

The final grade will be based on an essay or final exam.
